Shipping

CMS Candle Making Supplies offers deliveries to all areas of Australia covered by Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

Freight charges are calculated based on the total value of the sale:

$0-$150 =  $20 freight charge

$150-$300=  $50 freight charge

Damaged goods

In the event of receiving a broken or faulty product, please follow the steps below:

1. Claims in relation to missing or damaged goods must be lodged within 5 working days of receipt of goods. 

2. Please retain all boxes, and submit a photo via email to cmscandlemakingsupplies@gmail.com of:

a. The packaging;

b. The damaged item.

3. CMS Candle Making Supplies will provide an authorisation advice and instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item for a replacement or full refund.

Returns

1. Returns for change of mind can be requested within 10 days of receipt. Any items being returned must be received in original packaging and in a saleable condition for store credit, no cash or credit card refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for freight charges.

2. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee for change of mind returns.
